Flying coffin

Flying coffin always puts on a good show, and this spring is no different heavily black metal inspired shirts and graphics coupled with a series of non new era hats featuring a nice 5 panel and a snapback, Which is nice to see. check out the image below from their website. awesome.

Next up is actual pain

they did a collaberation with mishka last year but have been producing shirts on their own for a bit too. their spring collection is out now and features alot of 2color fade prints and sick graphics. here is a one from their new line(image taken from their website). the prices are a little steep but hey, you gotta make money somehow, and come on, tell me this isnt worth it.

lack of updates again?

ive been without my laptop recently...im trying to live life a little less in the digital world, spend more time with art and such, which will be posted soon. hopefully once i get my shit together ill be posting regularly, so yea. sporadic at best right now, but next week, look for a bunch of new stuff

i missed it

spring break

its been pretty good, weather hasnt been that bad, though it sure isnt spring yet but every day its looking more and more like it. not much to report, the other day i drove up to wilks barre with my friend ed to get some angelo's pizza and some of the best chips ever...i dunno why but they are so damn good. just typing about it makes me hungry for some, actually i might still have a few pieces in my fridge. i hope they are just as good reheated, anyway sorry for the lack up updates, its harder than i thought. once i get my scanner set up they should be more frequent with lots of old art and lots of new.

and i would assume so do you. anyway here are some bands to check out
hightide hotel
these guys are always fun to listen to, especially while driving. for fans of bear vs. shark/street smart cyclist and the like. they have been playing alot of shows lately (mainly in philly) but also in easton and i think this weekend they are playing a show in washington. so check out their page and try to catch them if you can. they are pretty heavy rotation on my driving playlist.
they also have their porch luck ep available for download on their myspace. awesome!

And next up is Brandon Setta. there aren't many tunes online so pretty much if you want to give him a listen you could track down the cd 1987 released by learn to read records. hopefully he will be recording more tracks soon as soon as he stops playing gta IV all the damn time. anyway check him out if your a fan of elliot smith...

weekend

friday was the mishka opening party at ubiq and it seemed pretty sick, wasnt able to stay long though. saturday was the dirty projectors at havorford (pictures as soon as i develop them) and today was a lazy day... check the previous post for the old heaven forbid collection, spring collection should start printing on monday or so.
